Since the Fuel Rats are not a "Clan", and have developed some quite detailed procedures to make the drop-in-and-rescue character successful (quite so with a 96% success rate and closing in on 100,000 rescues since 3301), I decided to stitch a more or less detailed tutorial together on how to join our bunch. Secrets of our drills are kept, of course ...
