How to know what is rare!

Not to rain on your parade but the G class supergiant record is indicative that you were the first person to find 2 G class supergiants in the same system. However, it might be exceedingly hard to find 3, so a few people may have found 2 but it's too hard to find 3. Still a really cool find though, and definitely rare (not something you would come across without searching for it)

Never implied i was the only one to find a pair of G super giants.

Just the first to report a such pair to EDSM.
And i would assume they're rare enough if my report from 2020 was the first EDSM report of such pair (most other super giant twins or triplets were reported in 2017-2019)

If you want to find a rarity then try finding an ELW orbiting a main White Dwarf. In 2020-21 spent over a year looking - over 32,000 WD systems looked at. Plus did try before in 2017 and checked around 15,000 WD systems.
Amount found by me...... zero!
Although they are rare as only 3 have been found on EDSM.

Sometimes I'm tempted to try for a third time but White Dwarfs can be dangerous and the systems are, generally, very boring.
 
You're off on both counts: there are 40 known GGGs (see the list of them here) and 63 known MRTs. So the latter category is actually found at a better rate, and they outnumber the green gas giants now. But yeah, as things stand now, MRTs are scientific curiosities that unfortunately don't differ in sights.
I should pay more attention to the stats threads. 😅

Best I can do is a neutron star, but it is ringed so that gives me extra internet points I guess!
