Powerplay How to leave a power?

I joined the PP a while back - but after the Engineers - I'm finding the the bugs with the bounty WANTED and getting hopelessly interdicted with insane AI far too bothersome! Am hoping by not pledging to any power - at least the enemies of PP will lessen and make the game a bit more easier for me!

I want to leave the power and not be pledged to any power. how do I do that?

In your powerplay panel it's one of the options along the bottom
