How to make money fast after 15 000 000 credits.

Hi guys, the le says it all, i'm making my way to the anaconda, but i'd like to know the fastest way to make money when you're already "rich"
Thanks in advance!

How is 15M credits rich? That doesn't even cover the cost of a properly-equipped Vulture.

I've already tried the ASP out, what I don't like is not beeing able to fight like I am in my viper

Since you're not able to fight like a Viper when you're flying a T6, why do you care? I've flown a combat-ready Asp and found that it can be deadly against all ships smaller than an Asp. It requires more advanced fighting skill than a Viper requires. But if you're not up for learning to be a better combat pilot, then I can understand why you're not interested in moving from T6 to Asp.

Hence why I wrote "rich" and not rich , I said rich because usualy when you search for guides it's how to make 30k an hour when you're in a sidewinder

Bought my vulture, stuffed it and put two beam lasers, gonna try this bad boy out.

Just made 150k in 10 minutes with the vulture on a nav beacon, Can't wait to try it on conflict zone! Is gimbaled beam lasers the best weapon to put on it? or could I do better?

Most use gimple pulses, but that's Veeeery boring pewpewpew. Two beams is a little more power than the Vulture can handle, when I played around with the Vulture I used a fixed beam and a gimballed cannon, was a lot more fun. Well I say a lot more fun, but everythings relative, Vulture is still boring to fly if you ask me.

Don't be in a hurry to try the Conda, I've bought an Orca, Clipper and T9 just to spend cash to remove the urge to buy a Conda, it's basically the easy mode end-ship of the game (it has no drawbacks), you get it too fast you'll stop playing right after.

Well the reason i'd like to rush things up a bit, or at least get a python, is that i'm closing up to 100h played, and i'm starting to get bored, Hence why i'd like to upgrade my ships to try new things, I had no power problems with the two lasers, only heat problems, I've always been used to the beam/multicannon combo but i'll try the canon, why not! thanks man

and for the orca and the clipper, I have NO IDEA on how to get the imperial ppl to love me, so I guess it's not going to happen..

I've also always played this game alone, so I guess it explains why i'm getting bored that fast

Large cannon is awesome for killing the PPs on big stuff, it will miss most small targets unless you fire it as they are passing you (so less than 400m but you'll figure that out by experimenting).

Another suggestion might be a Pulse and a Large PA, the Elite NPC Vultures like to carry a large PA, not tried that build myself but I always thought it could be fun.

The smuggling missions also pay very well if you find them (You could fit some cargo on that Vulture probably), you can make a couple of million an hour in the right system (I was smuggling all manner of illegals from Ugravirii to Chick Barra, usually 4-6 missions at a time, with about 200K on each mission). Just don't smuggle to Military Outposts...ever!

I'll try that!
I was wondering, can you make money beeing a pirate?
Because for me pirates have only been loads of cash stuffed in a ship.

I must be doing it wrong but even on my t6 fully cargoed (lel) I only made like 100k profit every 30 minutes...

In my T6 I have 64T cargo, one prospector limpet controller, two collector limpet controller, two mining lasers. I make between 750k to 1.25mill in an hour at a pristine metallic ring.

Well, WOW, made 500k in like 20 minutes with the vulture, sweet.
even though I have a 400 bounty on me for shooting on someone who was wanted... lel

I went the "Trade Grind" route with some combat thrown in to break the monotony. I'm about 5 weeks into the game and just bought my first Anaconda. I started with a Hauler>Adder>T6>T7>T9 and then sold the T9 + 80Mill liquid to buy & D class the Conda at 15% off (With full regiment of weapons and a B6 FSD). The Conda's capacity is about 50 tons less, but it is faster, more maneuverable and has longer jump range, so turn around times are reduced enough to make it nearly even out. Right now I'm making about 10mill an hour with it. If you don't already know, make sure to sell everything off your ships, and take them back to E class, before you sell the ship. Then, be sure to check the Active Discounts thread for where the best discounts are.

Once you get to this point you've maxed your earning potential (until larger ships are released), so it truly does become a "grind". At the same time, it has allowed me to buy and A class 6 other ships (Vulture, Cobra, Viper, Courier, Hauler & Sidewinder) just for the giggles. Rare routes are the best option during the Adder and T6 stage, after that find yourself a good Wealthy, Huge population, High-Tech / Refinery, 1-3 stop route with close to star bases and wing up with some friends to optimize your time. A couple of my buddies have even bought second & third accounts when the game was on sale, so they have beacons on both ends to speed things up.

Best of luck to you CMDR.

Amen to that, I'm obviously not as good as you considering i've had the game for like 4 months and i'm like 350 time less rich than you, but you're giving me hope.
Thanks man!

I basicaly just got rammed by another commander on a ressource extractions site, and now I find myself unable to rebuy my ship, I guess the game is finished for me..?

how many times did I say in my previous posts insurance insurance insurance?

strip some of the components off and see if you can still scrape by

that's a major rule unless you are playing in solo always leave enough for insurance. Hell even in solo you shouldn't take your chances.

I don't think 15mil is enough to outfit a good vulture.
Just an 5A shield and thrusters are about 5mil each
The ship hull itself is like another 4.5ish

Maybe enough for a C-spec but even so he would need at least another 5-10mil or so just to get a have bank on the side for insurance.

Edit: Might be enough if he goes to a ssytem to get a 15% discount on everything but he'll be cutting it close on insurance I think.
Well when you consider you have to sacrifice certain things for power management 15-17 mil usually does OK.

Well I really wasn't expecting that...
Some guy named CMDR Na'qa tried to get me out of fsd, I submited considering I scanned him before and he had no bounty.
So I submit, Don't even deploy hardpoints, then I'm starting to get shot at, I try to flee, and the guy rammed me from the side, I had no cargo btw.
First and last time i'll play online I guess ahah
