CQC How to Mute Myself in CQC

Hello!
Is there a way for me to Mute myself in Elite general or just CQC? I make the occasional YouTube videos and I'm sure others don't want me blabbing into the mic when constantly.
I've looked in the setting and cannot find anything that has say a push to talk or plain mute options.

Anyone know if you can?

I think there are some new key bindings to mute the mic amongst other things. Whilst waiting for a CQC game to start, you get tip messages, I had one that said something like 'Press (key unbound) to mute/unmute your microphone'. Maybe check the key bindings in options (I haven't done so yet) - I also saw a tip that said 'Press (key unbound) to check the leaderboard'.
