How do I navigate the panel tabs if Q and E are bounded for focusing to the panels?

Go into options > controls and bind the navigation buttons to something else?

However, do you really need to be looking at panels as a matter of priority? It strikes me that perhaps there are better options for your panel focus keys.

Yeah, I guess I could do that but shouldn't there be a option to bound menu navigation keys somewhere else?

As far as I know, the UI panel defaults are left shift + a, s and d. If you change bindings, it tells you what function the key was originally bound to. I think you might have missed that.

As I said in my post - rebind the navigation keys in the controls menu to other keys that you don't use.

(I have my panel focus keys bound to the number pad - 0, 1, 2 and 3. The navigation keys are default.)

You can remap all the menu stuff. I use my numeric keypad for all menu navigation...
