Newcomer / Intro How to open a support ticket?!?!!

When i click on "Support" in the launcher menu, all I can find is lists of common problems, and nowhere to open a freaking ticket!!!
 
It does seem to have got even more obscure...

You will need to go here and then log in - the email address and password you use to log into the game.

Select your platform, and then select one of the issues that are listed. Some, but not it seems all, give you the option to submit a request - this will be at the bottom of the FAQ, and from what I can tell that will allow you to open a ticket. There's a drop down list of categories, so even if the subject you clicked on is not where your problem is, you should be able to open a relevant ticket.

It's certainly not intuitive, and should be better...
 
The support site has been revamped and is a complete mess to my mind. Use of the site requires allowing zendesk in your script-blocker. Tickets are now "requests", all my old tickets are no longer available.

I feel like I have clicked around on everything, in every topic. We SHOULD be able to just click on "Technical Support" and open a G TICKET!!! This is really ing me off.
