I feel like I have clicked around on everything, in every topic. We SHOULD be able to just click on "Technical Support" and open a G TICKET!!! This is really ing me off.It does seem to have got even more obscure...
You will need to go here and then log in - the email address and password you use to log into the game.
Select your platform, and then select one of the issues that are listed. Some, but not it seems all, give you the option to submit a request - this will be at the bottom of the FAQ, and from what I can tell that will allow you to open a ticket. There's a drop down list of categories, so even if the subject you clicked on is not where your problem is, you should be able to open a relevant ticket.
It's certainly not intuitive, and should be better...
I found it!!! You ahve to select "Lost ships, credits, or modules" and then click a drop down to select an alternative issue to report. There are ZERO instructions for this on the site. Most likely intentionally.
And eventually to write a message of love at the end of the ticket.Remember to ask nicely.
They are just a few steps away from using the door with "Beware of the Leopard" sign.Doods, hiding the tech support site is intentional. If you keep telling people how to find it, they will just hide it better.
