How to open South American tropical map that is not on a moutain?

Please help?? I cannot open the classic flat map on the tropical south america, even when i select flat option, it gives me the small map that is on the mountain? how do i open the old big one not on mountain?

Selecting "Sculpted" gives you the mountain top with sculpted terrain at the top of the mountain, selecting "Flat" gives you the same mountain top, but flattened.
The mountain top is the 'skirt' for the South American tropical zoo, basically.
If you want a tropical zoo in South America that is not on a mountain top, you need to use the 'height map' feature. If you want it perfectly flat, you'll just need a heightmap that is perfectly flat.

If I recall correctly the new African Tropical map is still the same as the old South American tropical map

Even the North America tropical map is like the old flat map
