I have an outstanding fine with my Cutter, so I went with a Cobra to a Network Broker to pay it, I paid a bunch of fines but when I came back, the fine on the Cutter was not paid. In the Cutter, it says THIS SHIP HAS AN OUTSTANDING FINE Transfer to this location is available at a premium cost.....What does that mean?? Transfer the fine to where I am now? If so, how do I do that?? I click on the sign but nothing happens. I checked Network Brokers all around where I am and all of them have small Landing Pads so I cant take the Cutter there. How do I pay that fine?? HELP PLEASE

If it's just a fine then either go back to where you got your fine or use an interstellar faction in a low security system but you'll be charged a little more, try taking your cutter with you
