There are many times in which you will feel a need for the credit, a hunger for action, a desire to fight back against the terrorists which call themselves lawmakers, peacekeepers, men of justice! Piracy may be your calling, and here's a simple guide on how to pirate happily and effectively.
Step one: Find a target worth stealing from! I have found a particular Type 9 Heavy transport ship carrying a fortune in gold doubloons, headed out of his home system of Wolf 1003.
Step two: After finding such a haul, express your joy and wonder vocally!
Step three: Ask nicely for his cargo. Most traders are saints and allow you to take a generous 16,000 to 24,000 pounds of their cargo! Wow!

Step four: After he drops his cargo (of which there is a 100% chance) he will tip his hat to you and thank you for being a part of his life. Return the favor.

Step five: Survey your results. Are you pleased with the thrill of the most noble fight? Do you enjoy rubbing those golden doubloons between your fingers?

Devs, I just want to make is very obvious that I am not extremely happy with only being able to pull off a measly 12t of metals off of a transport laden with hundreds of tonnes. However, I am very happy that transports do carry a reasonable amount of cargo for their size.
