Newcomer / Intro How to pull up main menu to Save and Exit?

I have been playing this game for a few days now and have yet to find a way ingame to "Save and Quit" the game. Currently I am playing with the Vive and using the Thrustmaster X HOTAS. I have mapped everything I need but I have seen any keybinding options to open the main game menu (the one at the beginning of the game that gives options, tutorial, and "Save and Exit"). I have looked online with no answer, nor can I any ingame method to "Save and Exit". Currently I have to remove the VR headset and close the program from the desktop (by hitting the red "X" or using the task manager). I tried hitting ESC on the keyboard but that does nothing.

Please help...How to you "Save and Exit" the game?

Escape should be the correct key - unless it's been re-bound in Options.

There can be an issue where it can be very slow to respond (10 seconds or so), so that could also be a factor.

The other default key is P again there are a few seconds delay, unless in the unlikely event of you being in combat at the time of pressing the key when there is 15 seconds delay enforced plus the normal lag.

Thank you so much for the replies. "P" seemed to be the default key. I finally did find the keybinding. It is located under "Mode Switches" at the very bottom. Again, thank you.
