How to rearm refuel the srv at station ?

I know about refueling or rearming with materials but how do we do that in stations i see no options and when i rearm and refuel my ship the srv doesnt receive that where is its option ?

I noticed the other night that that's how fighter/fighter mats are replenished.

Bug report - seems to be affecting quite a few commanders.

Yes, it's bugged at the moment. Normally it does get refueled at a station.
