How to reinstall game launcher to reinstall game?

Can't seem to find a way to just download the latest ED launcher from FD website to initiate DL of latest version of game. Been a while. Was beta backer. Had to reinstall/reset windows a few months ago after being hacked. No Launcher. No Game. Any ideas?

Ok, I did log in, but they say they want another £20. I was a beta backer so should get lifetime. All I want to do is have a look around my carrier for now, but plan to get back to playing in a few months time.

I guess talk to support then...


Log in first, upper right corner, then scroll down to

And click the "Submit a request" button...
