How to repair this bug? My place and back button stated is (X) button in my ps4 console version.

I don't own a console so I don't have an answer for you, sorry. When you say " i cannot place my ride. Instead it will go back! " are you maybe hitting the undo button. Does it go back to where it was previously placed?

Can you or did you map buttons?

Because the X button is mapped to both "back" and "place".
I'd figure the O should be mapped to "back".

Mine definitely shows circle

in this case. If you are able to reset your controller mappings, it hopefully should resolve the issue.
