How to report? You have deleted Beta feedback, disabled issue tracker, so now what?

And down there is "submit a report", and its the screen I have posted, no Planet Zoo there.

The Issue Tracker is not disabled, people have been able to report their bugs and we can see them on the Issue Tracker filed under Planet Zoo. I am also able to submit a report under Planet Zoo. Perhaps try a different browser?

Yeah, in different browser it works, deleting cookies didn't help.
Edit: It also works in the Incognito (private) mode.
