How to rotate screen w/out adding more track

When i'm in coaster edit mode and I rotate screen (mouse right click+Left click+move mouse) track pieces are added because im clicking left mouse. im not clicking it by itself so it shouldn't add track. Without a grid on the ground I can't tell if im straight or not so i'm always rotating the screen. I have to look up and down also.

oh...just thought. Theres no test button either. ive seen others do it on videos. only thing there are test ratings.

You can rotate using the middle mouse button (click scrollwheel if your mouse supports this) or the Q and E keys. You can test your coasters. In the top right menu when in the track editor there is a big 'START TEST' button. However, the game doesn't have ghost trains like in RCT3 so you have to unpause your game else the coaster wont run.
