I am trying to rotate my objects on the different axis, but I can only rotate them on the x axis.
I need to rotate an object I created and put it upside down. Is it possible?

no, i cannot. I am only able to rotate decorations on 3 axis. All the other objects I can rotate them on the x axis only.
EDIT: Is this a bug? I just spent an hour building something thinking that I could rotate it and now I cant. Frontier please fix this. Thank you.

I know...I am telling you that you cant rotate all object. What you are seeing is the correct behavior

Yes, I read you wrong the first time. Frontier should allow us to flip objects on different axis.
