How to Save This as a Blueprint?

Is there a way I can save this as a blueprint?

I tried deleting the barrier sections that connect to the inner circle but then it just selects the outer circle:

I tried deleting a bit of the outer barrier but then it creates this crazy shape:

I guess there isn't a way to do it?

I can save each segment but then it's difficult to put together.
I could replace the internal spokes as scenery walls, but then it won't save the middle circle unless I use the last image as the base and build on that.

Unless someone else has any ideas?

Generally to save things as a blueprint, you'd use the multi-select tool (small button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen when you're playing), and click-and-drag over the entire set of objects to select everything. Then it'll give you the option to save everything as a blueprint.
Did you do click-and-drag over the entire thing?
