How to show 'fps' and network status?

Hi. Can someone tell me how do I activate, the fps counter and network data? I've seen some pictures and videos with it working and I wanted to check, how my system is running.

Ho and I've tried, 'F1' and 'FN+F1' for screenshots. No luck! Have the keys changed?

yup, and high res screenshots are ALT+F10

take care using it though as it makes the game uncontrollable for a number of seconds and could cause you to crash and burn if you do it at the wrong time.
