How to start a game in starter systems

Hello.
I've reset a game for one of my accounts (used for testing) that doesn't have Odyssey.
I haven't done this for a long time, but in 2019 it was possible to choose, at the start of a new game, if you wanted to go into the starter systems.
I no longer have this option displayed. I've done several tests (live version) and start my games away from the starter system. Have I forgotten something or has this option been removed?

The question has been asked before, not sure if Frontier ever provided a clear answer as to why this was removed from the live game:

Dromi Starter Zone In Horizons

Maybe i'm stupid but how come is there no way to start or even access this area for new players in Horizons? Support was utterly useless and pulled a ubisoft by copy and pasting a response. Any advice on how to access it in Horizons?

It's done this way, so veterans don't get to lol-grief true newbs.

Ooooooooooh, thanks - I think I see. So if you create an account from scratch (new email address/Frontier account/purchase etc) then you're an unknown noob and would start in the starting zone, but an existing CMDR who has already left the zone has left it for good - reset or no.

The last time I reset one of my accounts, it started, complete with tutorials, in the Dromi system. But that was a couple of years ago, so it may have changed in the mean time.
