How to start Elite in regular screen mode?

Hi chaps,

how can I start Elite in regular "flat screen" mode now that I have installed it through the Oculus Home software? I would like to go in and change some control bindings, which is a LOT easier to get done with a mouse and keyboard

right click the ED icon in oculus home from outside vr.

should give an option of "start in desktop " or something.
