How to tilt camera via keypad?

Hello, I play on a laptop currently and I am trying to find out how to tilt the camera. I have figured out rotating and zooming but can seem to find anything to tilt. I know on the mouse you can freemove with pushing down the center mouse button but I rarely have the space to utilize my mouse. Is there a tilt hot key?

Please tell me how you rotate because I can't figure it out. I'm on a laptop aswell

From the main menu, got to settings in the upper right corner of the screen. When that window comes up, got to the Controls tab (last on the right). From there, set the camera movements to hotkeys.

I play on a laptop but I still use a mouse. I dont know how anybody can use a touch pad
