How to turn of aging of rides in scenario's ?

If it can be done for scenarios, it's in the Settings menu.
Just follow the steps:
options -> controls -> ride reputation (there should be a hook in the box) - this will just deactivate it in some parks (you will get more information about it when you your cursor is on the box)
