I am unsure why but, I have this weird flashlight effect when viewing things at night, I was wondering if anyone knows how to disable this? Thanks in advance. 
Nvm XD i figured it out after much frantic setting browsing, for anyone else who might be curious however, the hotkey to turn on and off the flashlight is L but only while game is unpaused.
