You already have Elite Dangerous so all you need is the Horizons add on.

The CMDR Deluxe version is Elite Dangerous and Horizons together - you would get this if you don't have anything and wanted to get the full pack.

Did you get Elite Dangerous direct from Frontier via the store?
If so log in to it and just buy the Horizons add on:

Once you have done this you will see Horizons in the list in the ED client, select it and upgrade/download as normal.

You'll have everything on board your ship to be able to land on a planet.

Horizons offers a few new ships and, perhaps more importantly, the opportunity to Engineer ships and equipment in ways that can significantly improve their performance.

Not forget planetary landings... And no, you don't have to buy a "planetary landing computer" all ships are outfitted with a planetary landing suite then.

when you get it installed and running, add the flag /edh after the exe in your shortcut, so the game automatically selects Horizons on launch
