How to use Galaxy Map with keyboard and mouse only?

How do you set up controls so you can use Galaxy Map properly with kb/mouse only?


Except by chance I can't really get to the little right-side "destination panel" (don't know what it's called), where you can plot a route, select a target, go to System Map, purchase map data, etc.




This isn't overly important though, I just want to test Elite Dangerous on my old computer again, but I don't have another HOTAS to use with it (nor do I want to hook it up to the one I got, since it's basically fixed to my computer desk, and besides I want to compare the new and old PC's without reconnecting everything in between).

I always use galmap w/kbd + mouse - not sure what you are asking. Just hover over the context menu with the mouse??

System map is a bit more picky I find, there you need to click on the destination to stand a chance

Ah okay, that simple? Come to think about it, I might have turned mouse interface-something or other off in the controls menu. I use it for pitch/roll control, so I probably did move it in GM, but I didn't notice any pointer. I'll check again the next time I fire it up. Thanks for replying!
