I love this! Hope Frontier is watching, and seeing that there is a desire (and more importantly, a market) for ongoing content!

Would love this anf would buy all of them.
Unfortunately I think the constant questions about console edition will probably lead to eventual dlcs end, so they can make a complete console edition. I am thinking that this year might be the last one, as much as I dont like it. No evidence though, just a feeling.

I think the DLCs are fantastic value. What else could you get for $10? What could you get that lasts? I could go out now and have a sandwich, a can of soft drink some potato chips and a chocolate bar and easily spend $10. Would I say are sandwiches and chocolate bars worth $250? I could easily spend that over a period of time but I’m not going to spend it all at once.
Of course it will be a lot if you buy the base game and every dlc at once. Luckily I have been here since the start so I have spread the cost. Each DLC really provides infinite entertainment and possibilities for me. Especially under the challenging time of the pandemic. For the price of a quick lunch out, a couple of drinks (or one depending on where you are and what you have) in a bar, a cinema ticket or a month’s streaming service subscription you have animals, foliage, building pieces and more which have endless possibilities and last a lot longer than lunch.
This really is an excellent point. And even if $10 is too much, you can wait like a month or two, and pay like $7 for each dlc (all in USD). I could have bought 8 chicken bowls from Chipotle rather than buy all the dlc, but I have definitely gotten more time and enjoyment out of the dlc than I would have otherwise. I think $10 for only four animals is too much, but that's because I like animals more than scenery. So I'm totally fine with waiting because if you bring that price down to $7-$8, it becomes a good deal to me.
I think the posters is not from Asia or not familiar with the diversity there. I thought the Asian pack is quite weak.
I initially had a Greater Asian animal pack and a SEA pack with scenery, which would be my personal dream. However, realistically I don't think it's something we can expect. Hence the change. But my personal preference for Asian (particularly SEA) species would let me make a different lineup.
I think should still have one animal pack for East and one animal pack for south. Southeast is a little bit different from East or South. East majority from China and south majority from India. Well this is just our dream anyway, as of today we heard nothing about the DLC.
