Engineers How/where do you get Yuri's "Containment Missile"

So I'm currently Rating 3 (been with Yuri 12+ weeks), at his headquarters "Sinclair Port", and only see the "Rocket Propelled FSD Distrupter" which I believe are just a regular generally available missile not his?

That is his special weapon.
It is named in the flavour text of the power "containment device",
but the weapon itself is "Rocket Propelled FSD Distruptor"

FSD Disruptor - it's not Grom's weapon. That's called a 'Containment Missile'.

Was that infact Yuri's weapon?

Yes.
It's a containment missile, because it prevents ships from running.

We were supposed to get an engineer version of this missile that was slightly worse but it was never added.

It should be available in most starports, check you are looking at the right slot as others have said - missiles. And check the size is correct. iirc they are size 2 (medium) only.

What this dude said. I've hassled them a few times that the rngineer version never appeared but no result. I think they decided there'd be too many tears if a instantly available rngineer version was in and decided to quietly drop it.
