how, where do you pin an engineering recipe in 3.0? I can't find it in the UI anywhere...

I'm at the engineer.
I do not wish to convert my current component, I just want to pin the recipe...

Click view all blue prints and it shows everything without converting your current mod. In that window bottom right there's a button for pin blueprint.
