Errrmmm - I think he meant tips for the Zoo Tycoon game - this is the Zoo Tycoon forums? :S :D

As for tips for the OP - I do hope you enjoy your game - but you will quickly find out there is Zoo Limit on the game that only lets you build so many objects in the game. These include things like decorations and Toilets. Ultimately this means that you can never keep the guests satisfied as they grow quickly bored with the small amount of exhibits you can actually build in any one zoo. So the best tip I can provide is just enjoy the game as it is ( I did for a few weeks )

Don't expect too much and build multple small zoo's. You can never build a large one. So keep a few save games on a few different zoo's going.

Keep an eye on the trash cans - you will need to empty them regularly - the staff never seem to manage this on their own - even if you train them up.

Evenly space out facilites like toilets and food/drink stands. Upgrade them to reduce running costs.

Expand at a steady pace. Too fast and you will run out of money and you wont have the income to replenish it. It is surprisingly easy to end up with negative cashflow if you get impatient and go too fast - too slow and your guest park rating wont incease fast enough - which means the maximum amount of guestes in your park won't increase and so neither will your income. Introduce a new exhibit then wait for the number of guest to increase before expanding again. Dont just expand with exhibits - you need these to draw in the crowds but you also need facilities like food and drink stands to get money off your guests to offset the zoo running costs. I generally keep to a ratio of two or three animal exhibits to one concession.
