Haven't played the beta but after watching the streams with the new explo/mining system i'm wondering if the classic Hazardous, high/low resources extraction site still exist in its actual form in the next update ?

They were temporarily missing in early betas, but once they'd fixed that they appeared as normal.

I can confirm that. I still see RES mostly as bounty hunting places. They seem to be even more disconnected from actual mining than they formerly were. Only NPCs go there for mining, players know better ways to do it. But after being fixed, RES do exist again in the beta.
