I've recently started toying with shieldless builds.
I'm at loss of how to balance HRPs against MRPs. Which one should I put in the larger compartments and which in the smaller ones? I did some testing with this Viper.

All HRP are heavy duty modded, rails are long range with effects (feedback and super pen). Fixed multis are long range modded and are placeholders until I unlock enforcers. I took it for a spin in HazRes for testing. I must add that I'm very incompetent with fixed weapons (but they are fun).
Here are the results.
1. Expert Clipper. This was pretty easy since I've got help from a random NPC. Clipper was able to take my hull down to around 60% but all internals were in a quite good shape (most of them over 90% integrity).
2. Elite FdL. I didn't even manage to take out a ring of its shield before escaping with hull integrity below 50% but still I've never felt in danger during that fight. BTW the state of NPCs make me sad because I think that elite FdL should easily wipe the floor with my poor little Viper. The only internal the FdL managed to seriously damage was the canopy that went down to 30% and almost cracked. Other internals were again down to 80-90%.
3. Master Vulture. This fight took very long because I suck with fixed weapon but like with Clipper my hull was down to around 50% and internals down to 80-90%.
On the basis of the above experience I think that 2 HRPs for 1 MRP balance is OK. Still I'm not sure and I need advice, especially:
1. How do the MRPs stack?
2. Should I put MRPs in smaller or larger compartments?
