[HTC Vive] Elite crashes computer on exit, and settings issue

Hi,

I'm doing this thread to talk about two issues with elite dangerous VR...

First, I have noticed that when elite dangerous starts, we have to look at the good position, as the game will center our position according to the direction we're facing. First time I tried, I looked left and right, and suddenly my view was stick left, so not centered with my cockpit. Any way to change the view direction once inside the game, or do I have to exit the game?

Second, when I exit elite dangerous VR, it hangs my computer. I can do nothing more, not even ctrl-alt-tab works. I have to use the power off button. Anybody else with this issue?

And third (ok, those are three issues, not two ^^), my geforce experience software says I have not the optimal settings for elite dangerous VR, as my settings are too high for the VR version. Guess with the vive resolution it is useless to have the settings to the max. My issue with that is that "apply optimal settings" do not work for elite dangerous VR. So, is there a config file I could edit for the VR version, to put inside the recommended settings the geforce experience software gives me?

There is a dedicated reset option for HMD's its not the same as the headlook reset.
(Think default is f12 but i bound it to my hotas, i usually push it three times before getting it just right.)

I don't have full system lockups exiting but i do have the ed process hangs and consumes a lot of cpu on occasions but I can still kill it via task manager.
