HTC Vive performance loss since 2.3.1

As the title suggests, i have experienced stutter and lost frames since the latest tiny patch 2.3.1. With 2.3 it was still fine. I had to go down from VR high to VR Medium, and its still not as smooth as before.
Anyone else seeing this same problem recently?

Specs i7 4770, 32gb, gtx 1080
 
Not sure about more lost frames with my rift, but I'm noticing reduced performance in vr as well, beta was fine. Almost great even.

Seconded, notice that too for my Vive. For full disclosure I was running the SteamVR beta client with 'native' application supersampling with a value of 1.8 and, to put this simply, ED vr settings suitably traded-off (slightly reduced draw distance etc). This gave me a pretty damned consistent framerate especially during the beta when I first trialled passenger mission which fairly regularly required more demanding planetary landings.
