Because on PC it's a mod, there is no news on this, I will be surprised if it ever happens on console. Would love to have it, but not getting my hopes up because it probably will never happen.
Because you cannot edit the software text line that changes the colours on the Xbox?
You can do it manually or with a 3rd party tool. Its not built into the PC game.

Well, I guess it has been a little while.
My hud is purple with green trim, whadatya mean we can't change it? Maybe try a reboot of your xbox.
