General HUD ‘orange’ color causing burn-in on oled TV’s panels?

It is possible that that the orange default color can cause burn in you oled panel? Even if you dim it all the way down the brightness of the HUD, Because tv experts say you should avoid playing games that have static warm colors HUD for a long period of time, because it can cause permanent burn-in.

I really love the game but I’m afraid but I’m hesitant to play any more since you cannot change the color to a more cooler colors on the Xbox series x.

Can the developers please take this issues seriously, because there is nowhere an option to make complaint about this issue.

You can change the colour by fiddling with some files - but I’m sure someone will link to it. They should at least have an option.

Doing so with files breaks hud and radar, as it changes entire color matrix like color-blind mode. It’s awfully ugly. So I’d better endure that orange…

HUD position is not static. There are games where head movements does not affect the position.

Any static image can cause burn in on old oled panels. Anything relatively new should be immune to it.

Changing colour won't help.

But the HUD isn't static anyway, so shouldn't cause burn in regardless.

Here is a small software very useful to configure the colors of the HUD in a very precise way :

There are already a hundred of pre-made themes, but you can of course create your own (for that, you will have to copy an existing theme other than the default one and modify it point by point).
You also need to launch the software in administrator mode so that it can write to your disk correctly.

Orange is one of the only colors to be neutral in terms of hue, but also in terms of ally/enemy concept. If you choose a green or blue theme, it will be difficult to find a good color for optimal speed, alignment/distance/approach speed of a station in SuperCruise, allied targets, etc.
If you choose a red theme, some red elements will also be complicated to manage (speeding, enemy targets, bad positioning when landing on planets, etc.).
