HUD's center dot. How to add it?

Hi. I've seen some pictures and videos here, from other commanders.
Some of them, show a little dot in the centre of the hud. It could be very useful, specially, when talking off or landing, at a space station.
How do you activate it? I've looked all over the configuration options; haven't found it!
Do I need to edit some file, to make it work?

Yeah it's also got some weird alpha fade based on mouse distance to centre when using a keyboard and mouse, requested a permanent dot but yeah, never going to happen.
Have to use an external overlay to get a fixed none alpha centre screen dot. :D

Thank you for the tip; that done it! Now, I can also aim better the bad guys.
I'm using a xbox controller, no wonder that I couldn't find it; that was on the mouse configuration.
