Hudson's 20% discount affecting insurance re-buy cost?

anybody else notes this.
my tradeConda should have a rebuy of 10,124,013CR but it says in game re-buy is 8,770,093CR

So anybody not Ditching there current ship and trading it in for the exact same ship in hudson's space is loosing more than just the discount

Yes, your insurance is based directly from the cost you purchased the ship at. So if you buy it discounted you have to pay less to get it back when you crash it
