hull type: composite impact hull

so i thought there was some scope for another hull type.

this one would be only mildly more strong than basic hulls when shot by weapons, but highly resistant to ramming, and therefore more useful as a ram.

I like it. Or perhaps be able to attach a ram to a hardpoint or something. Naval rams have been used for many thousands of years in the past so it seems pretty reasonable to assume this basic and direct means of taking out an enemy ship would be used long into the future--and that some ships would be designed to accommodate that. Of course, there are obvious downsides to using this technique but then there always has been.

That would make bounty hunting easy right now as most of the AI pilots think its the new ppilot meta to crash into your ship.
