One of the problems with this idea is the nonsensically low bounties put on players, what is it, 12 grand per kill max, so to make a fully engineered player killer worth the same bounty as a lobotomised NPC unengineered conda they have to have twenty odd such bounties on their head. Then there isnt just the reward to justify the risk, who in their right mind is going to go PVP for even the same bounty as an NPC PVE conda? Really, would you want to take your 600M credit killvette toe to toe with a PVP pro who probably has wingmen, when the reward is going to be a couple of hundred grand versus the rebuy of your vette being 30M? When there is sufficient reward attached to killing player killers, which will probably come as part of the karma system then yeah, I think PVP boundyhunting could be a very interesting playstyle. Alternatively remove rebuys from PVP?
