Human (English language) sites on distant worlds

I seem to remember that there was some complaints on the forum or it may have been in a YouTube stream comments about random landing encounters far from inhabited space. I had thought it was 'fixed' when I came across a "settlement" 1000s of light-years from inhabited space. I came across this same 'settlement' multiple times on the same planet. Bug or "feature"? Strange to find canisters of tea many light years from any drinkers!

The site included two large bunker buildings, what appeared to be a generator, 4-5 sentries, and canisters of tea...

[where is it]

They said in the recent Educating ED Exploration edition that they're going to remove them but they're still in game at the moment. I'm about 10k ly out and avoid the big signals when I'm searching for jumponium. No real point in picking up a random array of tea or animal meat!

Thank you

Thank you CMDR HBD. It was the Ed's YouTube I had heard/seen that. Did not realize it has not yet been fixed. As I am exploring, I like to fly around interesting planets around 300-500m off deck and thus don't get the blue circles but these are large enough to spot from the sky - which is what caught my eye. Note - have to be careful not too fly too low on higher g worlds! Sitting around 96% after "landing" after a miscalculation on a higher G world. I guess not "too bad" for a month's worth or so of travel and many planetary landings.
