Human signal source on Algol A1 nowhere to be found?

DSS scan revealed many geological sites on planet Algol A1 (system Algol) and... one human signal source, but this signal source isn't listed among the planetary sites. What it can be? A hidden installation? Any ideas or clues?
And by the way there is also an unknown signal source spawning near Algol A4 with a few scoopable Earth relics. I read that is some sort of remnant after a CG from the past.

CZ's and other things in the capture radius of the body also show up as human surface signals, so it's likely to be something in orbit, a station, listening post, or simply a conflict zone.

Edit: And oh look, next system and there's a human signal and a conflict zone, but nothing else - what could that human signal be, where is it? This game is sooo difficult - why is everything hidden...

Sorry mister sarcastic, I didn't know that orbital tourist spots are tied to the signal sources generated by the planet especially if there are semi-secret places like Louis Rest in Pencil Sector.
