Here are the easy ones:

A. Ligny-Duval: Lawful Good

Zemina Torval: Lawful Evil

Denton Patreus: Lawful Evil

Princess Aisling: Chaotic Good

Archon Delaine: Chaotic Evil (yes, he's got an organization, but he's probably as crazy as Mark Hamill's Joker)

Felicia Winters: Lawful Good

Tougher ones:

Zachary Hudson: Lawful ?? He *is* the T-1000, you know...

Lee Yong-Rui: Neutral ?? Money is his thing.

Pranav Antal: ??? Utopia's have a habit of becoming dystopias... and he has stated that he will enforce his vision on others.

Edward Mahon: Bureaucrat, so that leans Lawful. But what else? He starves out his exploited systems.

Lavigny: lawful neutral (tradition above morals or personal gain)
Winters: neutral good (strong morals, at least on surface.. still a nasty politician tho)
Hudson: neutral evil (political shark and prefers use of force)
Serious: lawful neutral (corporate suit in a decent enough corp, as far as corps go)
Antal: neutral good (don't know much about this guy, but if he's anything like your run of the mil utopist that's where I'd put him)
Mahon: true neutral if going by Alliance policy (yes bureaucrat, but not strictly by choice, his hands being tied.. decent enough principles I guess, nothing to write home about tho..)

I agree with the rest from OP.
