Hundreds of NPCs sitting outside Jameson Memorial?!

I have no idea what's supposed to be going on at the Founder's World right now, but I guess there are hundreds of NPCs just sitting around outside the station for some reason?

Anyone seen this happen before? Any idea what causes it?

I saw a similar post ages ago and I think the station was Azeban. The best guess anybody could come up with at the time was all of the landing pads were full of AFK Commanders so incoming NPCs just sat around outside in ever increasing numbers. Many people headed to the old beta bubble after launch so it made sense and the memorial is probably one of the busier systems too.

Either that or an invasion is about to start!

NPCs get kicked out of the garage and have to use the lots next to the station if the station has too many CMDRs docked.

Not terribly uncommon at more popular locations.
