Do your large animal groups get enough food?
I have the minimum group size for Varis, including offspring. Almost every female has offspring. 12 young animals. But the keepers don't feed them enough. 1 - 13 kg are distributed among the feeding activities, but the keeper ignores the feeding station. Not all animals get enough food.

How close to the Enclosure is the Keeper Hut and the Staff Room? Maybe they just need to prepare more Food and continue to feed them

Ok, then it really sounds like a Problem. I'll let you know if I find out if there's a Way to solve it.
Just to be completely sure: on which Education Level (don't know what it's called in the English Version) is the Zookeeper and are there other Zookeepers that maybe work with this Enclosure? Maybe a Zookeeper that is further away is preparing more Food so the other one doesn't think it's necessary

The Habitat is part of a bigger Work Zone, it has 9 Habitats in total and 10 Keepers. Only 3 of them have to carry on Exhibits,too.

Honestly, the thing that I do that never fails is to assign two keepers to each habitat, and make each habitat (plus a keeper hut and staff room) to its own workzone. If you build big enough backstage areas like you might find in a real zoo then you can hide the staff facilities in there, but typically I'll do one small keeper hut to a single habitat or one large keeper hut to two habitats, and assign two keepers to each habitat (one for cleaning, one for feeding, in theory).
