Hunt/Combat change for sandbox settings

On Isla Nublar there is a sandbox setting for dinosaur combat. If this is disabled, the dinosaurs wont hunt goats. I tried to work around it by enabling combat to default and disabling social requirements, but my dinos still fought each other. I want my dinos to hunt but I dont want them to fight. I feel that hunting should be a separate setting, or just not affected by the dinosaur combat setting.
