Question regarding this hunter killer mission, kill Bill Turing. So how hard are such missions, I see the reward is 120 000 cr, but, I am in a upgraded side winder. I think the missions kind of lack in more detail, I do not want to fail or loose reputation, but does anyone know about this mission, or such missions in general, perhaps, where to find more infos on them?

I probably wouldn't try in a sidey, I just about killed a 160,000 Anaconda in my Adder, but go and check it out (be prepared to run

For 120 kCr, the target could be an Orca. Still difficult to take down for a new player. Also, the Orca hunts in my past were always "Clean" targets. This forced me to become wanted myself to fulfill the mission (400 Cr for Assualt and 4-5kCr for Murder).
It was still worth it, but is an additional risk to take.
If its fully upgraded sidewinder all you have to do is tank the Anaconda while the cops kill the beast. Just make sure you get the final shot (this obviously does not work if the Anaconda lives in Anarchy systems).
Try carrying some gold in your cargo as the target needs to attack you first for the cops to come in obviously.

That is, if the cops come. They never supported me in the past. The reason could be, that the fight was over too quick.
We have enough new players here complaining about the difficulty/unfairness of the game. Hence, new players should be warned about the risks involved.
Not everybody grew up with the frustrations of Elite, Wing Commander and X-Wing and hence might be shocked to loose hours or days of progress in a mere seconds.
