Hunting for zealots

I have a mission for killing 2 zealots. Pays out like 9k.
I have been to many USS, but have seen no zealots.
The faction giving the mission, which also is the controlling faction is theocracy. Are the authority ships the zealots? When I had a bounty they would call me an unbeliever.
I just want to know what to kill.
