Hunting specific bounty - any tips?

Hello all,
I tried taking a mission to track down a specifically named ship as bounty today.
It listed three systems to look in.

I spent several hours in a row flying to the nav points and resource sites in the systems, and generally cruising around in SC scanning every ship for the name I was after...

...nada ��

Any tips on how to find the target?

Keep visiting USS (Unidentified signal source), one day you'll meet a ship who will give you his system location and then keep visit USS again on this specified system.

Or if you are lucky enough, you'll meet him imediately.

You need to stop at unidentified signal sources.

It is most likely an Elite Anaconda you are about to fight.
