Hurray! They fixed the system counter

So, I jumped myself into a dead end for the first time since 2.2 dropped and had, shock horror!, to jump into a system I'd been to before

Checked my exploration stats before and after - the hyperspace jump count incremented but the systems visited count did not. [squeeeee]

I'm pretty sure it wasn't a retrospective fix though, so the system count is still borked but at least it's no longer getting worse.

So if I'm reading this right, jumping back to a system I've been to before does not count to systems visited?
That is nice because I've gotten myself deep into dead ends many times (the abyss ) and it borks your system visited count

on a side note wasn't there supposed to be a way we could see systems visited? I see no filter for that on the galaxy map. or am I missing something?

Yep, the systems visited no longer seems to ticking up on a 2nd visit.

The Visited Stars filter is now one of the options in the filters drop down on the map mode galmap. It will only show systems visited since 2.2 unless you have been using something like EDD, CL or EDSM to log your earlier travels in which case you will be able to generate a file to import older history into the right place for the filter to see it (search for "VisitedStars.dat" and you'll find detailed instructions if you're not using EDD, if you're using EDD go to the Export tab, click the appropriate button and it should happen automatically)
